Oneflow is a fast-growing tech company focused on digital contract management. As teams have become increasingly hybrid—featuring both in-office and remote employees—the need arose to utilize more spaces for meetings and digital collaboration. With operationsin multiple local markets, including the UK, Finland, France, Norway, the Netherlands and recently in North America, along with headquarters in Stockholm and consultants in Sri Lanka,the demand for more flexible collaboration spaces increased.
Oneflow saw an opportunity to transform its lunchroom/kitchenette into a flexible area for spontaneous meetings, smaller hybrid workshops, or informal video calls. This required a technical solution that blended seamlessly into the environment, was easy to use, and ensured high audio and video quality.

Solution

Audio Systems was tasked with installing a comprehensive Google Meet conference system, focusing on user-friendliness and discreet integration with the room’s aesthetics. The solution is based on Q-Sys as the system platform, complemented by a Logitech MeetCompute unit for video conferencing. The setup included:

• Google Meet Series One kit for seamless integration with Google’s ecosystem
• Ceiling-mounted beam forming microphones to capture voices even in larger or acoustically challenging environments
• Discreet ceiling speakers for even sound distribution
• Auto-framing camera for a professional video experience regardless of participant placement
• Smart cable management and wall mounting to maintain the room’s aesthetic and functionality as a lunch area

Result

After the installation, Oneflow has been able to use the lunchroom as a versatile collaboration space without compromising the user experience. The new system has contributed to increased accessibility for spontaneous video calls and more efficient hybrid meetings.Users particularly appreciate that the system is "plug-and-play"—just book the room and step in to start a meeting directly via Google Meet. The integrated technology feels like a natural part of the room, making it a welcome addition for both formal and informal interactions.
