Job duties

The Sales Manager's responsibility is to sell and market audiovisual solutions that best suit the needs of customers, as well as related services. In your position, you are responsible for the sale of the service business, which requires a solution-oriented approach. You work as part of a sales team, so you have a team spirit in your working habits, but you can also perform your work independently, because the initial phase of the sales process starts with you and your activity - with the support of others.

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for service sales, where the sales cycle varies from one month to a year. Your task is versatile, responsible and covers all aspects of service sales, from new customer acquisition to maintaining and developing customer relationships, as well as calculating bids for new projects. Customer needs live and change along the way, so we require active participation and interest in the AV industry.

What do we expect from you?

  • Suitable education (e.g. MAK)
  • Experience in B2B sales with demanding service/solution sales
  • Interest in AV and communication technologies
  • Fluent knowledge of Finnish and English (knowledge of Swedish is an advantage)
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach
  • Driver's license and own car, as the job requires movement in Finland
