Theatre and performance technology specialist
What you will do
In this role you serve our theatre, concert hall and event venue customers, get to know their needs and find the right technical solutions for them. You take an active part in developing new solutions and in designing and delivering future installations together with the Audico team and the customer. You work closely with Audico's project sales manager, project manager and other technical specialists. You document your work actively, share knowledge and take part in the different stages of a project, particularly in design and commissioning. You also support Audico's maintenance team with maintenance planning and troubleshooting for existing sites. You will be working alongside an experienced and skilled Audico team and you will have Audico's modern tools at your disposal.
What we expect from you
- The willingness and ability to serve theatre and performance technology customers, to listen to users and clients and to communicate fluently
- Experience of cultural, theatre, event, concert or other venue environments
- An interest in getting to grips with demanding technical installations and in staying at the forefront of industry developments
- An interest in using new technologies to develop the way we work
- A desire to develop yourself and to share your knowledge with the team and with our customers
- Deeper expertise in at least one area of performance technology (sound, lighting, video, control), along with the willingness and ability to master the other areas
- Readiness to travel to customer sites in Finland
Considered an advantage
- Expertise in performance technology networks or stage mechanics
- An understanding of and experience in project based work and business principles
- Experience of working on construction projects
You do not need to be a finished expert in every area. The willingness and enthusiasm to get things done and to develop are more important to us than a perfect CV
