Your Role

As a programmer, you will be a key member of our technology and project department. Your work will directly contribute to delivering user-friendly and technically advanced solutions for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and programming control systems for ProAV solutions.
  • Commissioning and optimizing installations.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborating with project managers, technicians, and sales staff to ensure successful deliveries.
  • Supporting the service team with programming-related tasks.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has

  • Experience from the AV industry or similar, with a strong interest in technology.
  • Several years of programming experience, preferably with Crestron and/or Q-Sys (Extron is a plus).
  • A customer- and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trust.
  • Strong ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • A hands-on and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • A valid driver’s license (B).
