Oneflow and Audico redefine the lunchroom

Oneflow, the fast-growing tech company in digital contract management, is looking for new ways to make the office more flexible and hybrid friendly. With employees spread across several countries, the need for more space for spontaneous meetings and digital collaboration has increased. The lunch was transformed into a strategic opportunity: the lunchroom would become a place for informal video chats, small workshops, and hybrid meetings.

Audico Systems was given the assignment with creating a technical solution that would be both a esthetically integrated and easy to use. The result was a complete Google Meet conferencing system, complemented by a Logitech Meet Compute device. The technology includes ceiling-mounted microphones for optimal voice pickup and discreet ceiling speakers for even sound distribution. An auto-framing camera was also installed to give all participants clear visibility. All of this was achieved through smart cabling and mounting solutions that maintain the aesthetics of the room.

Since the installation, the lunchroom has quickly become a popular meeting place. The system is described as “plug-and-play” – you book the room, walk in, and the meeting starts automatically via Google Meet. The discreet technology feels like a natural part of the room, making it equally suitable for spontaneous conversations and formal meetings.

Audico Systems' smooth installation at Oneflow has provided the company with a cost-effective and user-friendly meeting solution that makes creative use of existing space. The discreet technology has transformed the lunchroom into a flexible, modern workspace, perfect for a hybrid working environment.
