SERVICE TECHNICIAN/COORDINATOR

At Audico Systems, we provide professional audio-visual solutions and services, as well as high-quality presentation, lighting, sound, mechanical, and AV products for the demanding needs of businesses and communities. Our clients include auditoriums, meeting rooms, hotels, shopping centers, schools, theatres, and cruise ships.

We are now looking for a ServiceTechnician/Coordinator to join our team, responsible for the maintenance and servicing of digital AV systems, software upgrades, and maintenance services, technical support, and customer service. Duties include logging service requests into the system and following up on open service requests. The work is performed both at the company's premises in Espoo and at customers' premises.

We expect you to be able and willing to develop your work and customer service continuously. You are enthusiastic about new technology and understand business principles.

We require:

Work experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of ICT and electrical equipment.

Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment, systems, and software.

The right attitude to customer service, self-motivation, and a cheerful attitude to work.

Fluent oral and written English language skills.

Driving license and willingness to travel.
