We are looking for a permanent AV PROJECT SALES MANAGER

Audico's main clients include auditoriums and meeting rooms, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres, business and exhibition spaces, theatres, schools, churches, sports and event facilities and cruise ships.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling and marketing our AV system packages and related services. You will be part of our sales team, where you will work on the same tasks with nice colleagues, usually independently but also together. We offer our customers solutions that work, allowing them to focus on their work without worrying about the functionality of their AV systems. Our solutions can be conference rooms for businesses, easy-to-use streaming systems for churches, large lighting control systems for cruise ships, or image, sound and lighting solutions for theatres and arenas.
Our sales managers carry out project sales, with projects ranging in length from one month to several years. Your role is varied, responsible and covers all aspects of project sales, from new customer acquisition to maintaining and developing customer relationships, to quoting for new projects. Projects live and change along the way, so we expect the Project Sales Manager to be actively involved throughout the project lifecycle.
We expect from you:
- To have an appropriate technical or commercial education
- Work experience in technical sales, for example in the ICT sector.
- Have a proven track record of successful sales work.
- If you have technical skills in the field but no practical sales experience, we will be happy to train you as a salesperson. The most important thing is a genuine enthusiasm and interest in the industry.
- An enthusiastic approach to your job, good interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- You are innovative and interested in AV technology
- You bring new ideas to sales development, inspiring others
- You enjoy sales situations and are not shy about picking up the phone or meeting customers.
- Fluency in English
We would consider it an advantage if you have knowledge and understanding of technologies such as digital imaging and audio systems. This will enable you to explain our solutions to a non-technical person where necessary, assuring them of the quality of the end result.
This role will involve travelling in Finland and possibly also visiting principals abroad. We hope that you have a driving licence and your own car.
